Our team has recently been lucky enough to work with the 80edays China Team, which has been an experience that is simultaneously fun, rewarding, and educational. 80edays aims to help accelerate the transition to sustainable mobility with the world’s largest and most competitive all-electric car rally. The China Team car, a DENZA, is piloted by PHNIX ECO-Energy Solutions CEO Andrew Yi Zong.
In addition to leading Team China in the 80edays rally, Andrew is a serial entrepreneur whose unique Fission model has helped to put multiple startups on the road to success. Leveraging lean startup methodologies for team building, the Fission model enables entrepreneurship, fosters creativity, and increases employee satisfaction and retention:
As Andrew and Team China travel across the US, they’re spreading the word about the Fission model as a new avenue of opportunity and success for startups. You can get more info on the 80edays China Team now at http://bit.ly/80edaysRelease or follow @AndrewYiZong on Twitter.
