The agency operated since 2015 in Vietnam under the name Vero IMC Vietnam as a subsidiary branch of Vero PR, Thailand. To better position themselves, the agency later changed its name to EloQ Communications and operate as an independent agency with the mission to connect global clients to the local Vietnam market.
In their case, the name says a lot: short for “eloquent”, it describes the fluency with which they translate the needs of their clientele into international-caliber communication with a focus on creativity, integrity, and service in both English and Vietnamese.
Their extensive range of capabilities includes editorial public relations, social marketing, digital marketing, influencer marketing, business and product branding, crisis communication, integrated strategic planning, and event planning. And their growing list of clients spans from technology to manufacturing to online retail to hospitality (and many more!), including Viber, Intel, Holiday Inn, Grab, Cargill and Nok Air.
Vietnam is a young, energetic, and rapidly expanding market, but its eccentricities can be confusing to outsiders, akin to navigating the winding alleys and chaotic roundabouts of the city EloQ calls home. To solve this, agency head Dr. Clāra Ly-Le and her team of specialists, many educated or hailing from abroad, position themselves as the “eyes, ears, and voice” of their clientele, helping them to navigate and forge a path to the local audience they seek.
Not limited to the Vietnam market, EloQ Communications also partner with regional agencies to coordinate regional projects, proving their expertise and capabilities to challenge global PR standards & practices. EloQ Communications is a member of GCPR since 2019.
